We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom by Royal Mail Tracked 24. UK delivery is free, with no minimum spend.
Orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.*
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking updates are managed by Royal Mail once the parcel is in transit.
Received your tracking number? There is no need to check it straight away. Royal Mail scans parcels into the depot a few hours after collection, so there is usually little or no tracking information on the day of dispatch. Around 12 hours after your dispatch email is a good time to check.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. In rare cases delays occur for reasons outside our control; we will always escalate delivery issues with Royal Mail on your behalf.
We are unable to resend or refund any parcel while it is still in transit. Items marked as undelivered or returned to sender must be received back at our facility before a refund or replacement can be issued. Lost-in-transit parcels are escalated with Royal Mail, and refunds or replacements are processed once Royal Mail confirms the case can be closed. That is typically 15 working days.
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Please make sure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. We cannot redirect parcels once they are in transit, and for security reasons we do not amend delivery addresses after an order is confirmed.
*Same-day dispatch may not be possible during promotional periods, high-volume sales, or where additional security checks are required.
